What Does this TVS Result Mean?

Hello Doctor, I have I have 7th week 2 days I have checked TVS report report says you have missed abortion, doctore hasbeen given Zitotec 200 tab I have been taken one Zetotec 200 tab , but there is no reaction what is the reasons behind it. is there any casualty problem? please reply me.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the ultrasound scan report, it says that your pregnancy corresponds to 7 weeks and 2 days.
Since the report is stating you are having missed abortion, you have been prescribed Zitotec 200 as the pregnancy might be in a state that it can not be continued further.
Zitotec Tablet contains 'misoprostol' as an active ingredient. It is used for the treatment of pregnancy termination.
It needs to be done under medical supervision. Kindly consult your doctor and do the appropriate follow-up.
